DeLorean Club Parts are pleased to announce pairs of quality stiffer stronger front lowering springs.

- Restores originally designed ride height with level floor
- Stronger spring rate for improved handling
- 3 year guarantee

Made by Lesjofors, Europe’s largest OEM automotive spring manufacturer these springs stiffen and lower front end ride giving better visibility, handling and appearance.

Aftermarket DeLorean springs have been available for some time from various sources. Why are these any different?

All replacement DeLorean front springs lower the ride height. Very few however significantly stiffen the ride at the same time. The original setup with the long front springs are completely mis-matched front-to-rear and this severely compromises handling. Original and most replacement front springs are still too soft and can dip alarmingly under hard braking and sharp corners. Some replacement front springs have been found to sag or break after only a couple of years. We also believe these springs offer better value for money than others.

Will this make the ride more harsh?

No - a harsh ride is primarily due to the original shock absorbers. We highly recommend the use of the Spax set available at an exclusive unbeatable price here

These massively improve handling over original and other aftermarket front springs.

These springs are a critical component in the "recipe" for a DeLorean to go, steer and stop as well as possible without major modification

- polyurethane suspension bushes viewtopic.php?f=97&t=417

- DPNW’s front anti-roll bar kit from http://www.delorean-parts.com

- Spax shocks as mentioned above

- play-free steering (UJ’s and rack)

- quality tyres (pirelli P600/6000 is still the best in my opinion)

- rebuilt original brake calipers

- redstuff brake pads viewtopic.php?f=97&t=415

- stainless brake flexi-hoses viewtopic.php?f=97&t=416

- 50/50 Saab 900 master cylinder

- rear anti-roll bar.... coming soon!
