I was under the impression that the hotel had some kind of barn doors for the main hall. All we need is a few ramps or wheel plates. You could bring a roll of plastic to protect the carpeting, but that's optional. :D

I've got unlimited data and a 4G phone so I don't need wifi.... oh wait this is Norfolk so I probably won't have any signal :lol:
