Vin 11753 Middle Eastern Car

Has resurfaced in Devon, and was for sale in Classic Car Weekly.
Black interior auto, and painted black.
It's highly likely there is nothing wrong with the stainless underneath , they were painted mainly as they couldn't keep them clean!
I would also point towards it originating from the Kuwaiti dealership, I think I may have the original owners details.
